This Friday, October 29th, Mr Hall is hosting a Halloween costume contest at the senior quad. The prizes for winning the contest as a solo is $50 and for a team is $100. Don’t worry teachers, you can participate too. The best solo teacher award will be $50! Come and bring your costumes.
Winter sports are starting in the beginning of December. All athletes must be registered at AthleticClearance.com, and upload a current physical.
The annual AMC competition, or American Mathematics Competition, has been moved to November. More information about the competition and signing up on the daily bulletin.
Do you want to study abroad this summer? Gunn High School is a CIEE Global Navigator High School and gets scholarship money to help students like you!
Want to help plan the March career month at Gunn? Volunteers will earn community service hours, or work experience class credit for being a speaker, creating promotional material, or attending weekly meetings. Contact Ms. Kaci for more details.
Senior Class Cap and Gown orders are due to Jostens by Nov. 19.
The Academic Center is offering tutors! Subjects such as Chem H, Algebra 1, Bio A, AP Physics, and more are requested. If you are interested in tutoring for any of these subjects, contact the academic center.
Volunteers are needed for the October 30th, “Trunk or Treat” tradition at the Gunn parking lot from 3 - 6 PM hosted by YCS. Volunteer hours are anytime between 2-7 pm. Masks are required.
